Yes. I`m not keen on her music either. Her voice is great but I don't like the type of songs she sings (just my opinion before someone shoots me) I`d like to hear her sing blues.
I`m not bothered about her swearing. I've heard Chrissie Hynde use the C word on stage at a festival. Says more about their upbringing than anything but as long as they can sing I can ignore it.
Funny, I like the fact she swears like a sailor, it gives her a air of nomality away from that whole diva look. I couldn't imagine Celine Dion or Mariah Carey talking like Ms Adkins! She seems a typical Tottenham girl.
Musically, I've find her a little too formulaic nowadays. Like someone else said (and much like both Ed Sheeran and Coldplay), her first album was superb, but subsequent records have lacked that rawness of 18. Hometown Glory is always likely to be her finest song imho.
