I’ve just finished watching the above film on BBC iplayer; I must have been out of the country on one of my extended holidays when this matter came to a conclusion – otherwise sure as hell, I would have remembered it.

It’s worth watching for exposing Blair’s (and others) lies in taking us and the USA into an illegal war.

The film includes relevant broadcast material from the time, and has a somewhat unexpected ending (for those like me who somehow missed this news story).

Although supposedly a factual film, I’m always suspicious of the facts being changed (for cinematic effect) – especially Mrs Gun’s last minute night-time dash to stop her husband being put on a flight, deporting him.

I thought exactly the same as you! Where was I when this happened? But I enjoyed the film, more than I expected to.

I also wonder whether the courtroom exchange was a verbatim account of what was said – if so, it was quite shocking.
