Virgin Media International Calls

My package I have with Virgin Media includes "Talk More International Anytime",I have never used it as I had another website to make my calls abroad.But I seem to be having trouble with that,so looked up Talk More etc. and it appears for the countries I call it is all included,meaning I will not be charged for them...but..need to be sure of this.
So does anyone know anything about this .

Virgin Media's 'Talk More International Anytime' call rates are shown in the relevant column of this document, from page 32 through to page 50:

They vary from 'inclusive' to £1 per minute. As long as you're only calling countries where the rate is shown as 'inclusive', you won't pay anything on top of your normal monthly contract payment.
