Shrek 2 Credits

I watched Shrek 2 on TV the other day and was surprised to see that neither Jonathan Ross or Kate Thornton's voice overs were listed in the credits...they weren't even down under "Additional Voices". I'd feel pretty peeved if it was me! Any ideas why they were left out? I thought had had fairly big parts.

I believe that the same parts were voiced by different well known figures according to where in the world the film was shown, so the credits were not updated. Similarly, Terry Woganand other British celebrities featured in Robots and weren't credited.
