Why are all these tv celebs all copying each other. They all appear to be following the same format. Road trips in a van, coast walks, train trips, nature walks, wildlife in Britain, the latter their is very little of, but they keep banging on about how amazing our wildlife is, all in all the wildlife in Britain is pretty naff. Theres been one on tonight called pub walks, how ruddy boring tv has become. And tonight we have Sue Perkins who now decided to spread her wings on the .. Big American road. Its been done time and time again by other celebs??? :0)

AH 9:33, I'm afraid many will never understand the background work that goes into many jobs.

Ignore the jibes, it's great you have work that you enjoy.

A lot of these programmes don't even need a presenter, a narrator is all that's required. There are a lot that I would watch but don't because they're presented by the likes of Gregg Wallace, who seems to think that shouting adds drama and uses the dreaded phrase" can I do that?" as if we, the viewers, really want him to "help out". There are better programmes on Youtube these days but even these are getting harder to find as a lot of the presenters seem to think all we want to see are close ups of their faces.

Better switch your TV off then nb1 as it's so naff and get out and see some of the beautiful creatures actually living in your area.  They are there and you will find them if you look.

I think the animal psychic programme that's on ch5 on tuesday evening is the Naffest programme I've ever witnessed!

10.30 ladybirder. Would you care to list these beautiful creatures that roam our pastures. :0) vulcan 20.28. Gregg Wallace? What is there to day about this prat? other than that he appears to think that watching the production line of a lollypop factory for half an hour is in anyway entertaining.

I totally agree with Ladybirder.  We have a lot of wonderful wildlife in the UK.  You are obviously unaware or  not interested in it nicebloke.

10.51 Old lottie. Would you care to list them?

Do you mean mammals for starters nicebloke?

UK Mammal List – The Mammal Society

Oh the links doesn't work on this site anymore - now that's naff

The wildlife in this country is incredible.  Are you confined to the top floor of a tower block, nicebloke?

To list them I'd be here for weeks.  It depends what your interpretation is of wildlife.

I was about to say something similar to Naomi.  I'm wondering where you might live, but even the smallest patch of ground contains so many species.  We have turned our large garden into a wildlife garden and are welcoming deer down to tiny insects.

According to google there are over 70,000 species of wildlife in this country.  I'm sure if you look very hard, nicebloke, you can find something to interest you there.

Pasta that's the link I put up but didn't work. What did I do wrong? (I just C&P'd the url as always but it didn't paste as a link).

I've got the magic touch Prudie 😉

Prudie, I've discovered if you paste your link and press enter before you press 'Answer now' it usually works.  Give it a try.

There were 2 guys last week that went to the woods and sat there for hours waiting to see a beaver show its self in a pool. They saw just once the top of its head pop up and down again, and carried on to say how great and amazing it was. Then they decided after getting fed up of waiting again decided that they would have ago at meditating and hugging trees. After a very long wait of complete silence on screen watching these two idiots perform their tree hugging and meditation there strongly advised everyone to try it. :0) Looks like the wild hunting was a flop.

I'll try a different one:

Mammals – British Animals - Woodland Trust

:-( Enter didn't work for me. never mind, it's off topic.
