That's probably because other names have been suggested, pasta - Idris Elba for example - so I think it's a valid comment.

It's nowt to do with racism. Bond is not a black bloke. Why do these people always play the race card when they don't get there own way? If it's fine to decree that Othello must be played by a black bloke when it should be equally fine to say that Bond should be played by a white bloke and English, or at least British.
