Downloading A Programme Without The Signing

I'm trying to download series 2 of Wolf Hall but at every attempt I'm getting someone on the side of the screen signing for the deaf.  How can I get rid if that?

Thanks Chris.  Series 2 doesn't seem to be available without the signer.  I guess I'll just have to watch it as it is.  Many thanks.

if you record it when it is on then it's without the signing, EP 2 is on 9pm tonight so set to record and series link. EP 1 should be on Iplayer with and without the signing.

I've been watching without the signing. If you go on Iplayer directly you should have both versions. If you download it seems to choose the signed version but if you actually record it when it's on you get the unsigned version. Are you on Sky Q?
