Why does Noel have what looks like a biro drawing on his hand everyday

It's to do with something called Cosmic something or other! (sorry, not being of much help!) You ask the planets to help you achieve certain things in your life and once you have asked them, you can't ask again. But you can 'remind' them of your request and this is what Noel is doing. The drawings are symbolic of his requests.

Im sure someone else will be a lot clearer and more helpful than me!! :o)

He's been playing too much We Love Katamari and he's talking to the King of the Cosmos about granting wishes or something or other.

Is it just me or does anyone think Noel should draw eyes on his index finger knuckles and make a funny talking face ?
