Yes, SueMaggie is spot on. He was also in No Place Like Home, and I think he's a bit scary in the Tiscali ad...especially the face he pulls right at the end!!

He also played Chris Parsons in the Tom Baker Doctor Who story "Shada" written by Douglas Adams. The episode was not shown during the original series run because it was unfinished due to a BBC strike. In 1992 a version with linking narration by Tom Baker became available.
