Do you recognise this film?

Was randomly browsing in shop today and noticed a film with John Cusick in about an artist who returned from first world war having had his arm blown off and who subsequently teamed up with another young artist called Adolf. It seemed really good but I can't remember the title to look up the reviews. Also, if you have seen it, what was your opinion.
