About 12 months ago i watched a sweries called death on the stairs. it was a documentary about a man called Michael Petersen, who was alleged to have murdered his wife on his stairs. does anyone remember this, disd you think the guilty verdict was correct, and does anyone know if he is still in prison?

He is still in prison but has launched an appeal.

I only saw the later stages of the program but it didn't seem as if he was guilty to me.

Thanks for the answer. i think i agree, i watched the whole series, and i was shocked when the guilty verdict came through. general opinion in the states from what i can gather is that because of the homophobia in the state of prosecution, and his bisexual background, her never stood a chance.
