Can anyone remember the name of the film in which there was a white female teacher that goes into a rough American high school, and teaches the class 'poetry' (Bob Dylan's Mr. Tambourine Man). Also, the teacher did a 'Dylan Thomas/Bob Dylan Challenge', plus she lends a class member $200 for a jacket or coat, or summat. Can anyone remember the name of the film???? Thanks.

It was Dangerous Minds with Michelle Pfeiffer (bad spelling I know!) Coolio's song was on the sound track 'Gangsta's Paradise' and she was an ex marine that went into a tough school to teach and learns a few things and trys to help them all out of their ghettos and 'hoods'.
