I don't think that an yone put the doctor in charge, the fact that he's a doctor on a deserted island with people pretty badly hurt would more than likely make him top of the list.

All the characters have had their moments, can't say i'd kill any of them. Although, considering what he's done, that Michael would be top of my hate list.
