Anyone know if this reality show will be back on Ch 5? I know I'm sad, but cannot get BBC or ITV so have to rely on Ch 5, and I do get so engrossed and enraged, really get carried away with it all.

How come you cant get BBC or ITV? If it is a signal problem have you tried getting a satellite dish?
Question Author
Bagpuss I only have satellite as I live in Spain and need a 2m dish but house will collapse under that weight. My dish is 1m and can pick up most Sky channels so am happy with that.

Had a bit of a job getting past Farmer Giles (that's not rhying slang)...I think we're going to have a bit of a job getting him to play Santa...shame....

**cheerful here
Oh I say, that's very grand for us Jude ...I'm having one beside my bunk too, erm where is that btw? Not the pig pen?

(ssshhh...it was neti's feather duster in a previous life)
Home from Home - I shall enjoy it here. Mud, welly boots and nice natural smells of manure!!!

I have been laying on a bed being administered to by a very handsome young gentleman and very nearly fell asleep. He finished off my session with cranial osteopathy and it was 'delicious'. And it's working!! Two more sessions and then three monthly MOT's. Have been told now by both osteopaths that I should not do any exercises that are devised to make you more flexible because I am too flexible and this is the cause of a lot of my problems. Have to do things to stabilise and Tai Chi has been recommended.

Jude................. over to you please!!
I forgot to have lunch so have now consumed a Morrisons ginger pudding with ice cream!!
Here's my contribution to the festive season

He should be nice and plump ready for the Christmas Roast pork with plenty of crackling!!!
nooo Lottie, how could you? I'll adopt him and call him Derek, we can't eat anything with a name.

Ah yes, hypermobility or something like that, I've got that in my shoulders. Well I did have...probably why they hurt so much now.

c'mon Derek, let's find somewhere well away from the apple sauce > > >
okay am changed into my washable crocs and back. The nice podiatrist says they are okay to wear around the house provided I put the heel straps down.

A brilliant Christmas is going to be had by all Biddies I reckon. I thought my Tree could go in the extension Robi. There's bound to be an extention knowing Neti... ( I don't know how to spell exten.... so I've done it both ways). And Derek definitely can't be Crhistmas dinner..
Lottie regarding Tai Chi you can google it in your area to see if there is a class held somewhere. Ours cost us £5 per lesson. There are lots of different ways to do it so you would really need a Sifu (Teacher) to help. Then when you've learned a 'Form' you could then do it every day at home if you wanted. The Form I do can take about 15 minutes to do it through once. So that would do for a daily routine for you I would imagine.
Hope that helps. I'm off now to see what I can find on Youtube for you.
Later 'gater(s)
Here you are Lottie This is the form I do. It is done a little more elaborately than we do but all the moves are the same.
