Anyone know if this reality show will be back on Ch 5? I know I'm sad, but cannot get BBC or ITV so have to rely on Ch 5, and I do get so engrossed and enraged, really get carried away with it all.

Good morning All. I'm sorry I Woofy I didn't comment on your decorations. They're lovely I couldn't make anything like that. godd Photo Neti. Good Photo of you both. Pardon my ignorance but what is a Belen. I must have missed that somewhere.
It's a bit dull and dreary today, but I'm going to town to get a battery put in my clock battery. It from a very small Crown Derby clock that Steady and his wife bought me a long time ago and I love it. All my other CD is put away in boxes. couldn't be bohered to keep washing and dusting it.
While I'm down town I may just have a look round for myself again. Maybe this time it wont just be a jumper off the market.

Morning all...I'm glad I did my garden gatherings yesterday, everything's dripping this morning...tis mild & brightening up though.

Have you tried the local shops for the battery Jude?...one of them sells watch batteries but you have to ask, they're in a drawer. I assume it's one of those button ones?

So sorry about your SiL Shaney, but don't worry too much. Has she gone to N&N Cardiac Unit. I do so hope so because they are amazing.

Woofy, your home looks so lovely - really homely and comfortable and very, very pretty. Is dog watching the tele in that photo!! (and I love the Bonio it adds to the picture and says 'Real Home'.)

Neti, you are so photogenic - lovely picture. Glad you feel better.

I am (when I get round to it) going to have a clean up day and get some Christmas stuff up. Alice Cat will help me - she is at my side constantly these days - nose into everything and 'talking' to me all the time. Meggie will probably sneak upstairs to our bed to avoid disturbance (she hates hoovers and steam cleaners).

Robi, I went to bed at 9.30 last night (in a strop) Woke up at 2.00pm and came downstairs and watched television for a couple of hours with Alice curled up on my lap, a cuppa tea and lemon and ginger cookies. Went back to bed at 4.00am ish and couldn't sleep - eventually must have dozed off at about 6.00am and got up at 9.00am.

Strop forgotten about by both parties concerned - can't even remember what it was about but we were both tired!!

It would be great if we could turn real snow on and off as required...just a covering for xmas would be nice...but not enough to cause disruption. None forecast for this side of xmas.

Yes, it would nice to wake up on Christmas morning and see snowflakes falling softly past the window and settling to about 1" and no more. Sun and frosty would be nice, but it will probably be mild damp and soggy!

I still haven't started cleaning - I am managing to find other things to do that are more pressing (like having another cuppa!)

I have baked spice cookies sprayed with edible gold, chocolate chip cookies topped with piped chocolate and sparkles and ginger cookies with lumps of crystallised ginger in topped with white icing and gingerbread man sprinkles. Poor sis should have left on her coach an hour ago and the coach is delayed so she will be late here tonight.

Can anyone link me (or just tell me) to what thread we were on last Christmas, I have no memory or record in my diary of our xmas trip last year and Mr N remembers it well. It is so strange that there is no mention of it at all in my diary, as everything gets recorded!

Just had dishwasher on 2x, once for xmas plates and cutlery (yes, red and white china plates and red cutlery) and again for all the frying pans and roasting pans that are in a disgusting state in my even more disgusting oven. The oven has been cleaned and tried and tested and yay it still works.

Woofy I would love to be at your house this xmas, all warm and cosy and delicious food!
