Has Tom Cruise ever made a bad film???

Was pondering- whilst watching the Last Samurai last night (ace film!) that apart from 1 film I can't recall Tommy (we on 1st name terms now) ever doing a dire film....well can think of one, Days Of Thunder, but that's only because the topic itself (cars racing- yawn) did nowt for me.

Any more?

Hehe ta goodsy
has everyone here forgot how good rain man is? its an absolute classic.
just noticed kev mentioned rain man.sorry.
and moonunit, damn i should read the posts.
Jerry Macguire and Minority Report they were good
He may be short but I think he is gorgeous!
Collateral and Rain Man were fantastic and proved he was a good actor, WotW was OK, MI 1,2 & 3 are mindless entertainment as they are intended to be, and I must admit a secret liking for Far and Away...!
if he could underplay himself just once , not be pivotal to everything that happens in every film and not have an extreme close up of his stupid face on the poster/box ,take a few acting lessons and stop being tom cruise i would consider giving him the benefit of the doubt
he will never make a classic until he heeds my advice...

Someone mentioned Vanilla Sky which was truly awful, but the original Spanish(?) version was far superior even though it was the same story.
Well I like him too Boo,but I think he does get some rubbish films like Eyes Wide Shut.
I thought he was brilliant in Rainman and Magnolia, and War of the Worlds and quite a few others.
Now how about Johnny Depp? He's the best!
