I was an extra in "Oxford Blues" with Rob Lowe and Ally Sheedy. There was no agent involved (sorry) The ptifalls are: It's life-endingly dull - the waiting around is totally staggering; The luvvies (Rob Lowe and Ally Sheedy in this instance) make you puke. For 5 minutes its quite interesting to see some aspects of film making - from there on in you lose the will to live. In one scene you can see my shoulder for a nano-second in the final cut of the film. A work colleague is with an agency - he says they always need people who are distinctive looking (he couldn't look more italian)
