Sling Blade was actually on C4 recently but it's not available on video. Buena Vista Entertainment, which is its theatrical distributor, has stated that there are no plans to release Sling Blade on video or DVD in future, but they say they are always reviewing back catalogue titles for release and re-release on DVD. Other titles which seem to have slipped through the net are Woody Allen's Celebrity and the Japanese comedy Shall We Dance?
