Mmm. Depends on what you class as humour. It's passable. Okay for some moderate laughs but more cringeworthily so. The kind of film to watch when there's not much else on.

There's not much else on!!!!
Perhaps watching paint dry would be a more preferable option :-)

Don't like Taggart.

Lara Croft on in an hour. Any better???
Taggart has never quite had the same appeal since the demise of Mark "There's been a muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurder" McManus.

Haven't watched Tomb Raider so I can't comment i'm afraid but I have never been drawn to films adapted from computer games or cartoons. All down to personal preference. Not my kind of film.

You say that enigma, but Sin City is a very good movie.

Oh The Burbs has just started. I will give it 15 mins!!!
Is that the comic book film? I haven't seen that either actually but I was thinking more along the lines of the truly awful Street Fighter and the Flintstones the movie. I loved the cartoon when I was younger but the film was really lame.

Shall we take bets on how long it takes for you to reach for your remote control during the Burbs? Countdown commencing ....................

Adverts. So far it is OK.

It has Princess Leia in it. As she entered my life, let's say, when biological changes were taking place within my body, I hold her dar in my heart.
Was she? I can't remember her being in it. Mind you, being female, I tend to remember the males more! Not one of Tom Hanks' better films.Oh yes and the nazi chap from the Blues Brothers who chased Jake and Elwood is in it too. The most memorable though is Corey Feldman. Had a bit of a crush on him in my teens(pre drug ravaged days - his that is, not mine!). The Lost Boys, now there was a good film. Ah the teen memories come flooding back.

As I said, it's passable. Nothing too brain taxing and there are SOME laughs. Just few and far between though from what I remember.
did you enjoy it? this is a bit sad but 'the burbs' is one of my all time fav films. Dont tell anyone he he
