Channel4 + 1 channel on Sky.

Hi, I've got Sky and since Channel 4 + 1 has launched, I cannot receive it properly. The pictures all distorted and making a terrible sound, like when there's a storm (if you Sky viewers get me).

I don't want to pay the ridiculous phone charges to phone Sky customer services, so any ideas anyone?

Try emailing Sky instead ! I can't think why the channel is distorted but try turning your sky off at the plug then on again. Sounds daft but it worked when my dad's Sky went all funny !

sky customer services is a lo-call number...? ie you only get charged local rate from wherever you're calling.
