Can anyone tell me how they make sex scenes look so real? I am not talking about porn or 'under the cover' scenes, but just regular movies when for example, you can actually see two people perform oral sex on each other... how do they do this?

depends what you mean by "you can actually see" - i mean, can you really see the contact twixt mouth and genital area?? (in which case you're watching a porn movie) or merely the back of one party's head blocking out the view of t'other's nether regions? (in which case there is distance between the two (which you can't perceive as TV is 2D) and modesty patches are used to protect the actors' ermm...modesty.

Unfortunately I don't know the scene you refer to, but if you can see an erect penis (which you seem to be suggesting) then I am under the impression that it would not have been given a cinema certificate. I may be wrong so please throw in your opinions everyone!

Hilarious answers..!! Sorry to disagree, Casey, but rja is completely correct. There are skilled, tricksy scenes from mainstream movies, and then there are hardcore porn films, and under current UK law the two cannot intersect (!!) on any level. In other words, you did NOT actually see what you thought you did, in a legitimate-release certificated movie. Guess that means you just have a very dirty mind..!! :o)
