Last night I cooked some salmon fillets and there was one left over, so I have brought it into work with some salad!

Very healthy I know!!

My colleague sitting opposite, has a huge bap filled with ham and cheese. It looks better than my salad!!!

I had salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato and some coleslaw.
a mandarin Muller light yoghurt and two apples.

Now I'm going jogging (not really!!)
