It had triplets in it, 2 boys and a girl and the girl wore a pink bow. They were babies and cried realy loud when they needed changing

The Rugrats? There were twins, Phil and Lil, I think and Lil wore a bow in her hair. They were often with Tommy, who was also a baby.
