What's the name of that TV film?

What is the name of the TV film - made I think in the late 1980's / early 1990's - where a schoolboy forms a gang at school and ends up killing his teacher, after the teacher humiliates him in class? The schoolboy then plays innocent and gets away with it!

Oooo I remember that film Henry! It was on about 6 or 7 months ago on Hallmark channel (or one of those channels anyway). It was a good film except I missed the end as I fell a sleep, wouldn't mind catching it again actually as I missed the very beginning of it too (only carried on watching it when I flicked over as I saw Mario Lopez was in it lol)

The description of 'Killing Mr Griffin' seems very familiar to the film I remember, but I'm fairly sure the film I saw was British or at least had British actors in it, possibly a low budget channel 4 film or BBC production, and I'm certain it was produced earlier than 1997. Any other possibilities?
