New series on BBC2 hosted by Dermot Murnaghan! Came across this programme yesterday where quizzers are competing for a place alongside the regular Eggheads! Noticed a few familar quiz faces from other programmes! Today there was "large" Mark form Wales who was obviously associated with CJ from other quizzes! Thank goodness he didn't win as he his almost as obnoxious as CJ. Lets hope we get an Egghead with a personality!!

Those Eggheads are just so full of themselves. I can't STAND them, especially the one with the 'eyebrows' and grinning Daphne. And the big flat bloke with the grey hair and glasses ... yawn ... zzzz . And the po faced one. I suppose the only half normal one is the old bird who won Millionaire and she is up her own **** . There that's me done for the night. Anyone agree ?? I like Dermot though ! Quite yummy.

Is one of the regular Eggheads leaving or will we be getting an extra one?

Not sure if anyone is leaving, just an extra, someone else for us to criticise!!

Me and my friend were trying to decide earlier which one we would want to leave,we couldn't agree so 5 new ones would be good!

I personally can't stand Kevin (looks like a trainspotter who still lives at home with his mum) or Daphne with that inane grin (smart arse).

Why is it that so many people seem to hate the eggheads but know all about them? Why not do as I do and switch off.
I think this is one of the worst ever quiz programmes and on the occasions when I have caught it, my impression is that the eggheads always seem to have easier questions.

The new bloke on the show is he just filling for Dermot while he is doing this new show .Both of them are good on this show .Do we know what CJ stands hope it not the reverse of J.C.

One thing is obvious here.

If you regularly watch Eggheads then you are obviously a fan of quizzes. The fact that so many of you spit venom at them leaves me with just one conclusion.

Jealousy.

I don't think jealousy comes in to it! Viewers are interested in people on TV and personality plays a big part so we are all entitled to give views! Just a bit of banter!

There was a program about quizzers early one Saturday morning on C4, C.J. was in it a bit and to be fair he seemed alright when compared to complete tit he looks on Eggheads. Kevin was also on there and he seemed like a really nice bloke.

So glad "large" Mark lost he must be one of the most annoying quizzers on TV. I've also heard he's a very bad loser.

Good format to get a new "Egghead" lets hope it is someone with brains and personality! Do these kind of people exist!
