And The Wacky Races......loved it!!

:-)
What about the raggy dolls? Aahh I loved back to front!!
I guess you guys (and gals) realise you are revealing your age by the favourite shows you watched as a kid.

I love (yes, I still love) the work of Ivor Wood, such shows as The Magic Roundabout, The Herbs (and The Adventures of Parsley), Hattytown Tales, The Wombles, Paddington Bear, Charlie Chalk and Bertha, not to mention the early Postman Pat.

And the output from Smallfilms; Noggin the Nog, Ivor the Engine, Pogles' Wood, Clangers and Bagpuss.
And Cosgrove Hall to; Sally and Jake, Cockleshell Bay, The Magic Ball, Count Duckula etc

I love some of the Polish animation of the 1960's and 70's like Colargol (Barnaby the Bear) and The (fuzzy-felt) Moomins.

A good web site for British animation is...

http://www.toonhound.co.uk/

...there is a good list of TV toons both old and new.
I only watched them on Blue Ray DVD ;-)
Battle of the Planets. Also loved Grange Hill with Gripper Stebson, Stewpot Stewart and with Susan Tully in it. Oh and Rol-and! Lol
i loved top cat, hong kong fuey and grape ape i think it was called, also wacky races, hickory house, crystal tips and alistair and grange hill, ahh takes me back!
I loved Rhubarb and custard and Rentaghost, and was scared of Dr Who!! My brother made me watch it - i've only been able to watch it again since David Tennant was the doc... also loved bagpuss, and would run home at dinner time (school was only around the corner) and watch crown court!!
Sarah Brown and Hoppity, Torchy the Battery Boy, Twizzle, Pussycat Will'm and Wally Whyton and the Huckleberry Hound Show
when i was really young i apparently loved watching bill and ben the flowerpot men. when i was older the tomorrow people
Catweazele, Rent-a-ghost, bagpuss, The Clangers, Mr. Benn. I'd still watch them all now, and have some of them on DVD. I'm waiting for the price to come down a bit on Catweazle 1st. Not being stingy, it's extortionate!
Champion the Wonder Horse
Tales of the Riverbank
The Woodentops
Belle and Sebastian
Doctor Who (and I was really, really scared of the Cybermen!)
Follyfoot
Willo- the-wisp!!! With evil Edna and Mavis the fairy!
Renta Ghost
Bagpuss
Battle Star Galactica (the Original)
Bratt Farrar - a drama about a boy who turns up as a man about 13 years after he disappeared- is it really him?
The Raggy Dolls, Charlton and the Wheelies, The Tomorrow People and The Demon Headmaster to name a few!

How could I forget Stop It and Tidy Up??
And The Shoe People!
