What is the title please of this series?

Does anyone know the title of this mini-series that was shown on tv, I think HTV/ITV. I think it was in three parts. She was a beautiful woman who changed into a wolf. When she was about to change she locked herself in a room with some meat and water. She eventually decided to become a wolf permanently.

Not sure how old the series is you're thinking of, but I think there was something similar called "Chimera". It was about 10 years ago though.
