Guess the dog?

My sister bought a t-shirt recently and it has a white cartoon style dog on the front with a big black eye does anyone know who this dog could be so she'll stop hounding me!

If it is a licenced tee-shirt, there will be a copyright notice on the packaging or label.
Having said that, it may not be a TV or film cartoon dog character at all, but just a design for the tee-shirt.
