It's from the 24 hour Britcar race, where JC, Captain Slow, Hamster and The Stig entered a BMW Diesel engined car (using the stuff that they'd planted in an earlier episode) and JC was behind the wheel when the race finished - it all got a bit too much for him. Bless!!!!!
