I watched the lion, witch & wardrobe last night and at the end of it when they all come out of the wardrobe and the professor meets them in the room, he asks where they have been. They say something like you would never believe us. He says try me and throws them a ball.
What is your interpretation of this? Is he just saying he has been to Narnia too or was he one of the characters who was fighting in the battle? I am confused!

Hes been to narnia too, though not nesserarly through the wardrobe.
The professor was the boy in The Magicain's Nephew, which was the 6th book to be published and covers the creation of Narnia (and also explains where the lamppost came from).
