missed nature programme

I saw there was a nature programme on over christmas in one of the tv mags that covered the two week period. I think it was about polar bears or penguins (something cold anyway !) but missed it, has anyone got any ideas what it was and which chanell it was on, I might be able to see it on one of those catch up tv things if I knew what I was looking for, Thanks.
