My question is, is that on the most recent quatermass featuring the planet people and sir john mills, when he got to the radio telescope, run by simon mccorkindale, I'd like to know where this was filmed, where the telescopes where

Haven't seen it, but if there was just one big telescope, it was almost certainly Jodrell Bank in Cheshire.

Not seen it either but Jodrell Bank is a Radio Telescope and there a few little ones as well.
