Does anyone know what the techno electro track was played halfway through (around 08.45pm) in last Friday's Celebrity Masterchef Final programme please?

It's not one of the usual versions but it's Kids by MGMT, though you may have to hunt down which particular mix it is!

No probs Malcy, always glad to help. Have done a bit more digging and it's probably an excerpt from the Soulwax mix of the track.

Found your suggested Soulwax mix of the track and spot on Phil, yes they would appear to have lifted part of this for the programme. It's a bit like when they play The Doves "Pounding". It is either re-edited cutting out the vocals or there is a special instrumental cut for TV use. But I have never found an instrumental version of this commercially available. Cheers. Malcy.
