Can anyone remember a Tv Series where the main character opens the door of an Amican patrol car to show a Winchester rifle. I want the name of the series and the actor who played the lead role.

TV western and patrol car don't quite go together, so going by cowboy hat and up to date, I'd plump for walker texas ranger. He certainly had a rifle.

I don;t think it's walker Texas ranger cos he never used a patrol car, and MCCloud was in New York and never really used guns did he? But I wonder if it isn't Cades County, (Glenn Ford)
