Can anyone recomend an indoor aerial or where to purchase a particular one , which is capable of receiving the freeview digital channels .

The one I recently purchased does not pick up these channels , even though it states on the box that it does ( the problem is not one of signal in my area ; because I am able to receive the channels with a roof areial )

TIA

Baz, is there a reason why you cannot get an outdoor ariel fitted ? In my experience you will get the best possible signal this way, & I have found that most indoor ariels leave much to be desired.
Depending on where you live, thickness of the walls etc, plenty will find that no indoor aerial will work for freeview (despite the claims).

Someone I know gets a perfect signal on an indoor aerial for freeview. Just 400 yards away in a similiar property, that person couldn't get anything with the same aerial.

I see future problems ahead with freeview (channel upgrades/poor reception). But then this was known about lonb ago by the powers that be.

I have got a roof aerial to the living room .

However this is for other televisions in bedrooms - i dont want to incur the expense of installing roof aerials for the other locations
