It was such a big pile of junk this morning that it wouldn't go through the letterbox in one go. Do I want funeral insurance, exterior wall treatment or double glazing! Straight in the log basket for burning. Same when you buy a paper or magazine all the junk mail stuffed inside. Does anybody ever read it.

It's rubbing it in when you continually get junk mail offering funeral expense insurance. Do they know something I dont.............

i had a junk mail phone call today.
was asked if i could answer some questions, i said it depended what they were. was then told that id receive correspondance from the sponsors, say if i said i wanted a cease smoking pack i had to say when asked.

they then proceeded to ask

do i have car loans, an IVA, do i smoke and want to quit, do i give to x y and z charities, do i pay PPI on any loans, do i have savings blah blah blah.

i gave then different spelling on my name so will see if they honoured my request of no contact.

Unfortunately Annie it doesn't stop you getting the junk mail that companies and charities just arrange for the the post office to deliver, and which goes to everybody in a designated area.

Stick a little note on your letter-box saying Royal Mail Only. No Flyers. that`s what I`ve done, and now I only get addressed mail through mine.

hc4361. I have registered with the mail preference people and I still get the junk mail that the postman delivers to everybody, usually on a Monday morning. Some of the junk mail. I have checked the site out again and it doesn't stop this.

Does anyone else get shedloads of bumf from their local supermarkets every week, 40p off coca cola, Bogoff bogrolls, etc.? Straight in the bin!
