Oh yes I remember that too! Of all of them I think she's the least intelligent (OK maybe on a par with the dreaded CJ) and Dermot's always banging on about her French chateau and then she gets well @rsy!

To answer the original question, the reason they have choices is so they can show off their knowledge at great length on the wrong ones before revealing what they knew all along re the right one. Makes the programme so much more boring -- sorry, entertaining.

Perhaps we should give them all a makeover - restyle Daphne so she doesn't look like she's just walked out of Marks & Sparks, give Kevin laser eye treatment, so he doesn't have to wear those minging glasses, give Judith some new accessories (for a millionaire she's worn some of that jewellery to death), get Chris on the programme 10 Years Younger. Who does that leave? Oh yes CJ? What could we do with CJ that a lobotomy wouldn't fix!
