who many of the 12 doctors (including peter cushing and paul mcgann) have not battled with the daleks
i have told that there are two but have not been told the answer
does any one know if this is true or not

Not too sure about this, scattman. Paul McGann didn't battle The Daleks. He may be the only one. Wikipedia all list The Daleks in connection with the other "Doctors."

You could offer back that John Pertwee, Paul McGann and Chris Eccleston didn't have an encounter with The Cybermen.

Only Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor didn't face the Daleks on screen.Though he has in a Big Finish audio adventure.
