Sky/HD recording

Help I can record programmes shown on HD channels but when I play back there is no sound. Prigrammes recorded on ordinary channels seem ok.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

They have been having a few probs the past 2 weeks Shirley, call them and they will talk you through the menu using your remote to fix.
