He's doing a video diary,not sure why.

Something's got to give there, you know. In my experience I have never seen anyone paralysed from the neck downwards who didn't need a traceotomy and regular help with their breathing. I mean if nothing is working below his neck, why are his lungs operating as normal? I can only assume it's because slowly but surely he's going to get some movement back.
