Travelling early on Friday morning (5.30am - not a normal thing at all for us) Mr Q and I tuned in to Radio 2 (big Chris Evans fans and we knew he'd be on in an hour) we found ourselves in the company of Vanessa Feltz.. Oh my God, who put that woman on the radio? I thought Steve Wright was bad enough but the Feltz just cannot shut up! Didn't like her music - that's when she finally shut up and played some music. She twittered on about tomatoes non-stop! Then at one point gave a run down on all the stuff she'd been on about since coming on air. I kept listening, convinced that she'd improve but no, she just got progessively worse!
Well I feel much better nor after that little rant.

After all there's nothing on TV at that time.

BAKERS DOZEN - how could I know that the pair of them laugh like five year-olds with personality disorders unless I have at least listened briefly.

If commenting on something without direct experience, I point it out - in this case, I have listened, but obviously do so no longer.

I tell you who I do like - Saturday morning, Graham Norton - hilarious and Paul O'Grady on Sunday late afternoon 5 or 5.30 - very funny indeed! Radio 2 is the best (apart from Wright, Feltz and Carr!)

Radio 2 is a bit odd i think, its almost as though it doesnt know what it wants or is supposed to be! In one breath it tries, i think to be a serious broadcaster and then on the other hand its trying to be how Radio 1 used to be when it was good and had proper DJ's! I think it has a split personality at the moment.

I personally dont like Feltz, Kennedy, Wogan, Paige, Kielty and worst of all Norton, what an annoying, unfunny, bad DJ he is.
To be fair though, i dont think any of them choose their own playlists and that will be done by the producers and Radio 2's own playlists, so they cant be criticised for that aspect.

VF sucks as the yanks would say. She is bally awful - it's as if she is talking down to you all the time. I switched to my cd s now - at least I know the music will be to my taste
