...don't panic I didn't fall off my perch, it cut the end of my sentence orf, tut!

it said 'taken from.' Probably bad grammar and that's why it was whisked away :o)

oh btw, my latest drug is called Atenolol (25mg)...anyone had them?
I forgot to say I adore fresh scallops more than any other fish.

Robi, the sky has gone all black and threatening - foxgloves I think will have to stay where they are.
I have never had beta blockers Robi. The doctor once considered them for me because I was getting palpitations due to anxiety, but for some reason changed his mind.
oo fresh scallops....mmmmmm I can never get why chefs mess around with them...toss in seasoned flour, fry in a little olive oil or butter and dress with lemon juice while in the pan. Serve with the pan juices and yummy cooked bits.
Fresh tuna is delicious too. once again barbecue or pan fry with a little oil and dress with lime juice. I cut it into strips and stir fry it too.
Whitefish, try basa fillet. Its River cobbler, boneless skinless easy to cook and tasty.
Hello folks
Sunshine oop North Lofty ? Not here .Blowing a gale ,dank ,dull and raining .
I love any fish .This is my jolly fishmonger on the market .Bless the little cockles of his heart.

Beta blockers Robinia ? My friend takes them for a heart problem ( sort of palpitations) and my brother takes them for his atrial fibrilation thingy.I don't know much about them really.
I don't like basa Woofy. Not keen on the taste. I don't like trout either. Perhaps I don't like river fish.

I ought to try Tuna but it just looks so horrible raw.

The best scallops I ever had were eaten directly after they were caught and boiled in a bucket on the boat.
Yes Robi, thank you, of course, they are clams, little weeny ones, oh I love 'em!

It's a very low dose and apparently a newish thing for treating some recurring migraines (Not a cure, it's a prevention thing) I still have to take the enalapril & bendrothingies for high bp.

He looks like a cheerful chap shaney...we used to have a blonde dream on legs who drove his van from Hull & parked up by the local shops...I ate a lot of fish during those times. :o)

ah yes, I see there's a big blob of cloud over Norfolk way, clear blue sky here.
It went very black Shaney, but the blue sky has now made a return, although getting too late for the bright sunshine again. It's not windy here!!My enthusiasm has waned. I believe the sunshine is coming your way, complete with minus temperatures and cold tnnight!!
You made me laugh Robi, because I always order my repeat prescriptions on the phone and always end up saying bendro..., bendroflu........... bendrothingymewhatevertheare.................
..

I take perindropil and bendrothingies for high blood pressure. Mr LL takes beta blockers because of heart attack.
Our prescriptions are put on a medical card (like a credit card) and we just go monthly to the chemist and they swipe it and we get our medicaments! Much easier. Once a year we have to see doc to check all is OK!
We don't have to go to the chemist Neti. They are made up at the GP Practice and if I want they will be delivered foc. We can order repeat prescriptions on line and make appointments on line too. We too have to have check ups, usually a year, but in my case six months and I keep getting reminders :o(
These are the architects plans for our brand new Medical Practice, which also houses a huge pharmacy, ambulance station and social services. It is huge. It was finished at the end of last year and is up and running. It's next door to Morrisons and has a Marstons restaurant the other side, the animal food place is further down the road as is the petrol station. Takes me five minutes to drive there without going through town - so I needn't go anywhere else to survive. ;o)
Hi there thought this might entertain you for a few minutes

Oooh I say ...have they got a vacancy for a wardrobe mistress :)
Jude, I really enjoyed that - would love to go and see them live. Shall we go! Grab your coat........................

(What tasty fellas!!!)
Hands off Shaney!!!! Mine, mine, mine!!!!
Well I ventured outside because it got sunny again and pretty quickly retreated inside, it was cold.

There was a pretty black and white kitten in the garden and now I am worried about it. We don't see cats around here, except for Alice as nobody has one. Occasionally feral cats/kittens, but this didn't look feral. I can't find it now.
