lack of reprimand from BB

Do you remember the year where Victor and Emma had a fight/argument and had to be separated and Emma got removed from the house? Following BBs producers were very hot on the topic and contestants got called in to the diary room at the slightest bit of raised voices where they were told that BB did not accept abusive language or behaviour that could seen as threatening or intimidating.
Then Shilpa and Jade came along and all of a sudden BB is only concerned about racism. I think Charley especially should have been called to the diary room many times and in particular last night and should've been reprimanded for her behaviour. It's already obvious that a lot of the more quiet and timid contestants stay well out of her way.
