Channel 4 last night - the foul language used by such young kids. Where did they hear that language in the first place? Why didn't the parents react?
Supernanny Jo Frost made the parents feel so rotten just for one small slap and one daft comment - if you ask me the little brats deserved a good spanking for the tantrums, behaviour and the bad language. I don't agree with hitting kids but neither am I an advocate of this ban-smacking campaign but perlease... those kids should have been given a big slap, the little gits.

I would never have allowed my children to use that language or throw those hissy fits. My daughter had temper tantrums from 2 to 3, but I just made her stay in her room until she had calmed down.
I never hit them or anything, but I wouldn't have just stood there and let the little boogers rant and rave like that. But then, I supose they follow by example... It was alright those parents crying when things were out of control, but they let their children get to that stage in the first place.

'big slap' that is a nice way to treat children - hardly likely to make them turn into nice people is it. Foul language and shouting and swearing was normal to those parents - as it seems to be to so many people these days which is just horrible. One thing the mum said at the end which made me hope things will get better was that she said in the past the children were always to blame but they realise now it is them too. I am not a big fan of supernanny but she deals with families and children alot better than many people do these days. I regularly see people shouting at their kids or on bus journeys not even speaking to them - even saw a baby the other day about 5 months old eating wotsits!!
I agree with all the other abers. If my kids had behaved like that they would be sent to their room. the bad language obviously came from their parents, why had it taken them so long to try and sort it out. The husband didn't seem to very interested in the whole Supernanny thing. And why oh why was she still letting her 3year old daughter breastfeed, boy that has got to hurt!!!!
