the interviews - how good was that!! Have only watch 2 other episodes but I thank God my job interviews aren't like that.

Yup - loved it when they all came down saying the interview went so well when really they had been ripped to shreds!! Good on Debra for admitting she'd got a beating tho!!

I know Debra had no inter-personell skills but I really wanted her to win....

Don't like Yasmina - too full of herself and Kate is a definate man's woman.

I cannot believe Debra is only 23! that is scary - to have that much confidence at that age.

I like her, but she does need to learn some interpersonal skills.

james was hilarious. "A little bit of wee came out". I nearly wee'd myself just hearing that.

I wanted James to win, he was the only one I could imagine working with. Can you imagine working with Debra, you would have to watch your back all the time.
Lorraine would have faired better if she hadn't been so desperate to get through.

I liked it when he said that he'd put that stupid comment on his CV as he wanted 'Sruln' to remember him and the intereviewer said "What!! As a pratt!!"]

I like the interviews programme because it really shows these people in their true light(s): a bunch of underachieving w*nkers.

They are so far up their own arrisses and none has had a proper job in their lives. Let's face it, some of them are unemployable, they're so bloody arrogant.

Even the two through to the final are nothing special: Yasmina shown to be either a barefaced liar or an ignoramus regarding her own business: Kate, with her mickey mouse sociology/management degree has the personality of a wet fish and was tripped up by her own contradictory bullsh!t.

Debra could start a fight in an empty house: James "reached his ceiling" by just being accepted as a candidate in the first place: And Lorraine, continually whingeing about the tough knocks she'd had, was also found out when asked to identify this "special talent" she allegedly had - "intuition"! And it was the interviewer who came out with the word, not her!

Given that the winner will I believe get a salary in excess of �100k, I think poor old S'ralan is being shortchanged!!

Reckon the money he's raking in on the TV prog will mroe than make up for the 100K he has to spend on the years wage!!

I am gutted that I have never watched any of the other seasons!!

I enjoyed it - as i always do with this section of the process.

The guy who took took james to pieces was a real hard nut - brutal.

I have picked Kate to win from about Episode Three because she ias usually finished on the winning team, and seems adaptable and versatile.

She is stunning - shame about her accent!
