Much better today sibo, have just finished my exercises. The trouble is I think I'm getting better and better, then wake up one morning and seem to have gone back to square one again. But hey ho there's others far worse off (it's just annoying and I can't really leave the house or drive)

Tony if the exercises don't clear it within 3 months (I'll go mad if I can't go out for 3 months) they're going to refer me to a Balance Clinic (god knows what they do).
