Oooo oo oooo oooooo o oo ! Lol.....is the soup Dragon still there?
Uh-huh. Never seen it. Not sure I'll bother this time round;-)
Question Author
Yes, and the blue string pudding :-)

it said on the TV today that there are no plans to modernise it, it'll still be knitted and no hi-tech stuff.
Question Author
... and don't forget the Iron Chicken :-)
I'd rather have the Magic Roundabout back...:D
Wooden tops !
I'm glad to hear that Postgate jr. is in overall charge of this. My initial reaction was "Oh no, now they're going to ruin another old favourite"; visions of computer-generated try-to-please-everybody clap-trap and so on.

The whole essence of the original was that it was completely barn-pot. Long may it remain that way.

Hear, hear, hypo!
The Flumps! Remember Pootle?!
(sorry, boxy) x
Question Author
Might try to knit a Clanger, now.....
I've got a pattern for a Clanger somewhere, I should look it out. I loved the Clangers so I hope it is just the same. I loved Hectors house and Mary, Mungo and Midge too, I'd love to see them again.
At last! Quality TV returns to the BBC. Justifies the license fee on its own
Question Author
I had some knitted clangers...wonder what became of them ?
How is it costing 5 million pounds though?
Question Author
collectors' items now, murray :-)
Cheap, Everhelpful. (that wasn't an impression of the iron chicken)
That's tomorrow sorted...in the attic !!!
Clangers rule! I've got a set of four, not an original set though. They're great for playing cricket with. :-)
Thanks, Boxy :-)
