I'm not sure it is really our business, no doubt the press will have reports on him now he is a winner.

She may simply be camera shy or any number of reasons.

Well at the beginning of the program they filmed all their families. Simon has 4 children, they were all sitting together eating but no wife. Just being nosy. Yes, he deserved it. Well done Simon

But she was interviewed saying he had been a great father and now it was his time didn't she? I must admit I didn't notice anything untoward.

Oh I didn't see that Prudie. I watched it all, saw moustaches sister, and the lady's husband, but not Simon's wife. Anyway, really none of my business and I wish him well. Lovely guy.

In today's paper it said that Simon was 'recently single' I am so pleased
he won, he was great every time.

Congratulations to the winner Simon but do we really have to listen to Gregg Wallace's hyperbole and then be subjected to the unedifying sight of John Torode shovelling as much food as he can in his mouth.Please BBC lets have someone worth listening to such as James Martin.
