If it was on once a week and you had to go without your fix for a fortnight I'd sympathise. I'm sure I'll find myself in this position come the end of June when Wimbledon is on for two weeks solid and I have to miss stuff because some overpaid petulant grunting hairybacks (and the men are just as bad) want to play glorified ping-pong.

Eastenders has come before football before
Footballs European governing body agreed to delay the kick-off of a Uefa cup semi-final so that the BBC could screen the eagerly awaited episode of Eastenders of who shot Phil Mitchell.
Now that is sad.
And with the amount of "secondary" channels BBC3, ITV2 etc which not everyone has...but surely they can be stuck on there to appease the addicted ones

Ok ok well thanks for all your comments........for and against, i will however hold my hands up and amit to being a sad f***er with no life..........BUT i'm not THAT sad that i would jump on a plane to a foreign country to watch a game when i have NO ticket, with litlle or no prospect of getting one, OR 3,000 in my pocket on the off chance that some cowboy is gonna sell me one!!!!! Not even able to watch it on a big screen and then skulk off home after its all over, nah it takes REAL brains to do that ; ) hope the 'best' team wins (like i care one way or the other) to each his own eh?? x
