After just 2 weeks this fab programme seems to have disappeared off the tv listings. Any ideas?

I miss the programmes from that Channel 4 slot - Come Dine With Me is brilliant, and I really enjoyed The Coach Trip, Home From Home, A Place in France, A Place in Greece...

come dine with me,coach trip etc all stopped when deal or no deal became an unexpected hit,i think the odd come dine with me weeks that they seem to slot in here and there are ones they had already recorded to be shown in that slot before deal or no deals domination of that time slot happened

Couldn't agree more, some great programmes listed here.
Mind you BBC2 can be as bad. Last year I started watching a programme about people who had allotments, it was really interesting. Think the Snooker started a few weeks into it and it has never been on since.

apparently it hasnt finished but moved to more 4 but you will have to keep checking to see when it back on!

Mind you some of the people they get on there, don't even cook the food themselves! but its quite a giggle watching them rant and show off and then when its their turn to cook, its total cr*p! Or worse still, you could always fall asleep on your hosts sofa! Nothing to rush home from work for now. (looks out window and sighs).

eyeshade, do you remember the woman that had the local restaurant cook the food and pass it through the kitchen window at pre arranged times, it was hilarious, seemed like more planning and hard work than cooking the food herself :-)

And the man that spent over �100 on a fillet of beef.

And the school dinner cook, who cooked very school dinnerish food for her guests. They weren't impressed.

I think that was also the week where the guy made a curry out of egg, bacon and kidneys Ewwww!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only saddo who loves these programmes! Deal or no deal isn't a patch on the likes of Coach Trip, Come Dine etc.
